Feb 3, 2017
I tend to compartmentalize my work. I work on one session, deliver it, and then move onto the next, so to see Fiddle Leaf Photography work that spanned a whole year all in just over a minute makes me super emotional.
At the end of 2015 I made quite a few changes in my business (new focus and new pricing) and I was both excited and scared to see what 2016 was going to bring. What it brought though is SO MANY new and returning families, and some pretty incredible moments that I was lucky enough to be a part of. Those first days at home, lazy Saturday mornings, the quiet moments while nourishing a child, first birthdays and the anticipation of waiting for a little one to arrive. It was my most successful year in terms of quantity and quality of work, and it stretched me in all of the right ways. I’ve discovered how my work can make a powerful impact, and that is what makes me never want to stop doing this!
So, thank you to each and every one of you. If you’ve been on the other side of my lens or even if you’ve silently cheered from the sidelines, please know that I appreciate all of it.
Ready to be a part of what is going to be an amazing 2017? Shoot me an email and we’ll figure out how to get you in next year’s round up! I’m now booking into the spring and summer.
