Pembina River Provincial Park is one of my family's all-time favourite camping locations. It's so close to Edmonton, the sites are well treed and the river....the river is just the best! It's shallow, has incredible sunsets and is generally quite quiet.
It was a late August evening when we met at the campground and trekked down to the beach area. Little Blake (6 months) wasn't a huge fan of the water, but she quite enjoyed being held by her parents as we wandered around the beach.
