It’s Family Day here in Alberta, and it feels like THE perfect day for an exciting announcement.

Before I get to that though, let me introduce you to someone.

This is Alison, the dynamo behind Creation Space.

Creation Space is basically like heaven for kiddos. (Glittery, messy, colourful, freeing heaven!)

Alie has created a space in Edmonton that is so unique and allows kids and families to explore art in a way that is incredibly fun. I know this first hand as my kids have attended camps with Alie and beg me at least weekly to “go to that super fun art place where we can be messy”.

When most of us cringe at the thought of paint splattered everywhere and kids running at you with glue all over their hands, Alie embraces it and her soft-spoken nature encourages you to go back and push your creativity even further.

Ok, so now that you know how great Alie and her studio are, I’m excited to announce that I’m teaming up with Alie for  PRIVATE FAMILY PAINTING SESSIONS.

Yes!

You and your family (you and your kids or make it multi-generational and bring in Grandparents, Aunts + Uncles, your long lost cousin!) get to paint a GIANT 8×8′ canvas and I’m going to be there to photograph the whole thing for you!

Then, Alie will stretch a portion of your painting for you so that you can hang it on your wall and admire it in all its collaborative glory. AND you’ll have documentation of the whole process in the form of beautiful photographs that you can hang on the wall beside your painting. (Can you imagine the gallery wall potential there???)

Pretty amazing, right?
